报告人简介：魏加群，南京师范大学教授、博士生导师。主要从事同调代数与代数表示论的研究工作。在国际著名数学杂志Adv. Math.，Math. Z., Isr J. Math., J. Algebra等发表论文数十篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项。曾获江苏省杰出青年基金和江苏省数学会数学成就奖。

报告摘要：Vanishing conditions are important in the study of tilting theory and some homological conjectures. In this paper, we characterize tilting modules and sincere silting modules in terms of some vanishing conditions. As a corollary, we successfully extend a recent theorem of Zhang to sincere silting modules over general rings.
