魏德运，教授、博导。主要从事分数阶信号处理理论与方法、时频分析、采样理论、稀疏离散算法、图信号处理等数学与信息交叉学科的研究。近年来在《IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing》、《Expert Systems With Applications》、《Information Sciences》、《Signal Processing》等知名期刊上发表SCI论文50余篇。申请国家专利5项，已授权2项。主持国家自然科学基金、陕西省自然科学基金、高分重大专项子项目等10余项科研项目。获得国际期刊《IET Signal Processing》最佳论文奖、陕西省自然科学优秀学术论文奖等。担任国际期刊《Signal Processing: An International Journal》的编委。

DeyunWei,professor, Ph. D. supervisor. He is mainly engaged in the research of mathematics and information cross disciplines such as fractional ordersignal processing theory and method, Time–frequency analysis, sampling theory, sparse discrete algorithm, graph signal processing, etc. In recent years, more than 50 SCI papers have been published in well-known journals such as IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, Expert Systems With Applications, Information Sciences, and Signal Processing. 5 national patents have been applied for and 2 have been authorized.He has presided over more than 10 scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and major special sub projects.He received the Best Paper Award from the international journal "IET Signal Processing" and the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Excellent Academic Paper Award.He was the editorial board member for the international journal 'Signal Processing: An International Journal'.
